Pricing and Availability

Service descriptions, prices, timing estimates, staff availability, and appointment openings may change at any time without prior notice. Any price shown on the website is subject to confirmation at the time of booking or service.

Some services, including foreign fills or corrective work, may require an assessment before the final price or treatment approach can be determined.

Appointments, Cancellations, and No-Shows

• For fills, arrive with the amount of retained extensions required for the selected service.
• Follow staff instructions intended to protect your natural lashes, brows, skin, and overall comfort.

Beauty-Service Results and Expectations

Beauty services are personalized and results can vary from person to person because of natural lash or brow condition, growth cycles, aftercare, lifestyle, skin and hair characteristics, previous work, and other individual factors.

Aurea Haus does not guarantee a specific aesthetic result, retention period, or identical outcome to inspiration photos. Reference images may be used as guidance, but the final service will be adapted to the client's features and the condition of the natural lashes or brows.

Payments and Refunds

Payment is due according to the amount and method communicated at booking or checkout. Charges may include the selected service, approved upgrades or corrections, applicable cancellation fees, and other amounts disclosed before payment.

Because beauty services involve time and professional labor already provided, completed services are generally not refundable. If you have a concern about a completed service, contact Aurea Haus promptly so the concern can be reviewed and, when appropriate, a reasonable adjustment can be discussed.

Intellectual Property

The Aurea Haus name, website design, original copy, graphics, branding, photographs, and other original site materials are owned by or licensed to Aurea Haus unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, republish, sell, or commercially exploit those materials without permission.
